” The first reason why I love the Manifest Company so much is their founders! Karlton and Suraj have huge hearts and they are always showing up for others! I first met them both within a yoga community where they were spreading kindness and friendship with all who crossed their path. They support not only different nonprofits and other outlets, but they support other creators like themselves by coming to any event that their friends will put together.

Second reason is the incredible mats and their designs! Karlton is super creative and artistic which I have not seen before in yoga mats. Everything’s better with a bit of color in your life and that’s truly what I feel when I am on my mat!! My very first mat was “Manifest That Sh*t!” and I was obsessed! My newer very own personalized mat is “I Am Evolving” which is such a powerful affirmation to take with me everyday in my practice or meditation.

This year I am manifesting the growth in my sister and my online program, the YogaStrongProgram, that will bring the combination of movement journaling and meditation all in one place to help people improve not only their physical health but their mental health and create healthy habits in their life!
