Karlton Frazier is a marketeer in both the Fashion and Sports Gaming industry.  Working for American Apparel and FanDuel, Mr. Frazier gained insight on brand creation, design, marketing retention, analysis, and supply chain integration.  While doing so, Mr. Frazier took a head first leap into the world of personal fitness and yoga.

"Yoga helped me fight depression. It was beating my ass. I had no direction, no energy. I was lost. Yoga saved me."  - Karlton Frazier

After doing his first 30 day challenge in 2016, Mr. Frazier was completely shocked at the inherent benefits of yoga.  He took that challenge to the next level in 2017 by doing a 90 day yoga challenge, which evolved into a 401 day yoga marathon. Within that year, Mr. Frazier completed his 200 RYT in Power/Vinyasa.  He then followed it up with a 50 RYT in Yin in 2018 and another 50 RYT in Barre in 2019.

Since his first 30 day challenge, Mr. Frazier rediscovered his youthfulness through yoga which inspired him to pursue martial arts, in particular, Krav Maga.  At this time Mr. Frazier is pursuing his Brown Belt as a student.  He also has become a teacher in Krav Maga in Levels 1 and 2 (Yellow and Orange belt).

Yoga has played a profound role in his life.  It has helped him change his diet and get deeper into meditation.  Realizing the immense benefits of yoga and meditation, Mr. Frazier has used the skills he gained in Corporate America to pursue his passion in getting as many minorities, and now everyone, into yoga!

Suraj N. Batheja is a top tier revenue producer in the Sports & Entertainment Industry with nearly two decades of experience working in Senior level Sales positions at Caesars Entertainment, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), and The Madison Square Garden Company.  Other stints include time in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings, Major League Gaming, and even law school.  Mr. Batheja has negotiated numerous Partnerships at the highest revenues compared to others in the field & transacted over $35M in multi-year Partnerships with national brands including GEICO, State Farm, Kaiser Permanente, Caesars Entertainment, Microsoft, and many others. Currently, Mr. Batheja has his own Sports & Entertainment Consultancy DBA “Inspire Group” and considers himself blessed to have worked with top tier clients including Richard Petty Motorsports & Darrell “Bubba” Wallace, FaZe Clan, Ray Lewis (NFL HOFer), Eric LeGrand (voice of the disabled), Scratch Music Group and most recently Round Room Live which owns the Live Exhibition Tours for Nelson Mandela and Jurassic World.

Even though Mr. Batheja has evolved into a highly respected Sales & Business Development professional in his field he knew there was more to his purpose and a few years ago dived head first into  the area of self-development.  Despite challenging times & when things appeared to be bleak, Mr. Batheja learned to meditate & breathe through issues verse turning to drugs & alcohol for a quick escape.  His mind, body & soul started to heal from all the trauma he placed on it through years of “partying like a Rockstar” and that is when he discovered a healthy lifestyle as his “new drug”.

Mr. Batheja believes one of our greatest achievements as a brand will be hearing our consumers’ stories as to how they overcame their own personal challenges to find their best form of self.  Having faced trying times in his own life he discovered Yoga and Meditation are the best way for him to stay healthy and mentally sound.  Thus, he is a firm believer that taking time for oneself to “Find their Space” is a healthy outlet and hopes to see millions across the globe realize their true potential.  A spiritual being in his own nature, his favorite self-development author and “guru” is Wayne Dyer.

When asked what his favorite Manifest Mat is he responded “Hard to pick just one as Karlton did such a great job designing all of them.  He believes the mantras he needs to practice most in his life are  “Abundance” and "Gratitude".  However, if forced to pick just one, he would choose “Simply Greatness”.  Blue is his favorite color and orange and yellow highlights mixed in makes Mr. Batheja believe “It’s a good time to be alive and “Manifest Greatness!””
